Milano, 04 January 2024. The VINCI Energies Italia Group – one of the main players in the field of infrastructure, industry, ICT and in the services sector – announces that its Board of Directors has approved the merger project between VINCI Facilities Italia S.r.l. Società Benefit and Elphi VM S.r.l., companies fully owned by the Group.
This operation gives birth to VINCI Energies Building Solutions Italia S.r.l. Società Benefit (VEBSI), a single company made up of over 50 people and an expected turnover in 2023 of approximately 12 million euros.
The new company of the VINCI Energies Italia Group, based in Milan, will serve to consolidate the technical skills of installation, maintenance and plant management, with the aim of covering the entire value chain and supporting the flexibility and speed required by the market.
The President of the newly formed VEBSI will be Thomas Panozzo, current Country Managing Director of VINCI Energies Italia, while the position of Managing Director will be held by Maurizio Della Fornace, already in charge of the two merged companies.
