Rome, March 14, 2025 – We are thrilled to share an innovative event that came to life yesterday! A pioneering experience organized to meet the Green Building Education requirement of the LEED protocol.
Vinci Energies Building Solutions Italia partnered with Technorestauri srl, the general contractor, to ensure the best sustainable practices.
From site organization to procurement and installation, everything was meticulously managed in compliance with LEED standards.
During the event, participants took part in a guided tour that concretely showcased the operational steps taken to achieve the required credits.
The discussion was enriched by a panel moderated by the renowned Marco Mari, an international expert in sustainable construction and a deep connoisseur of the LEED protocol.

- Technorestauri srl: Architect Antonello Feliciangeli illustrated Technorestauri’s innovative vision in applying the LEED protocol across multiple projects, including the first Retail Interior Design & Construction (ID+C) project.
- Ponzio Aluminium: Massimiliano Fadin emphasized the importance of high-quality, sustainable materials compliant with EPD standards.
- VINCI Energies Building Solutions Italia: General Manager Maurizio Della Fornace highlighted excellence not only in building design and construction but also in operational management.
- Francesco Bedeschi, Director of the Rome Program at the University of Arkansas, provided valuable academic insights with references to international experiences.
